San Angelo Community Medical Center provides a full service laboratory accredited by The Joint Commission. The laboratory offers 24-hour support, seven days a week to patient care providers and provides quality clinical diagnostic tests and pathology services.
The laboratory provides diagnostic testing for outpatients as well as inpatients. Patients requiring laboratory testing should bring their physician’s orders, insurance information and a picture ID. No appointment is necessary and walk-ins are welcome.
The laboratory collection station is located in the main laboratory on the second floor of the Williams Family Center (inside the hospital), past the OB/GYN doctors' offices. The collection station is open 24 hours, however onsite registration is open Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM for your convenience. For more information, call 325-947-6372.
