Note: E-mail messages will be delivered between normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Messages received outside of business hours will be delivered the next business day.

Please keep in mind that this is the equivalent of sending a postcard - we cannot provide privacy or confidentiality and the patient cannot send back a response. Due to patient confidentiality and/or the patient's medical condition, we also cannot confirm to you that the message will be delivered.
