Admissions

You are encouraged to preregister with admissions if you have advance notice of your hospitalization.

Main Admissions (front lobby are of hospital)
7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday

Day Surgery (Rear of hospital on Executive Drive)
8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday

Emergency Department
5 p.m. to 7 a.m. Monday through Friday; weekends

Please bring your driver's license, insurance card, insurance claim forms, Medicare/Medicaid or Champus card. Also bring a copy of your current advanced directives.  During registration, your financial obligation will be explained.

Other things to bring:  For your comfort and convenience, you may want to bring the following items for your stay: pajamas or gown, houseshoes, containers for eyewear and dentures, hair brush or comb, personal toiletries and change for vending  machines. Also, please bring your prescription drugs for identification purposes.

What not to bring:  Hospital policy prohibits patients from bringing in the following items: small appliances, such as hair dryers, electric razors, televisions or radios; liquor; and over-the-counter medications. Additionally, jewelry, large amounts of money and/or other valuables are discouraged.

Valuables:  Although we will assist in the management of your personal items during your stay, the hospital assumes no responsibility for the loss of valuables or personal items. If it is not possible to leave your valuables and personal items at your home, you may place them in our safe. We will issue a receipt for your valuables to present upon your dismissal. If you have lost an item during your stay, contact the housekeeping department, the hospital's lost and found, at 947-6411.
